Doing Some MMA Core Strength Exercises

I got involved in MMA about three years ago, and I have no regrets.  I like everything about it.  I even like working out all the time.  I feel so great after I finish a workout.  I even get to learn a lot of different exercises I didn’t know about before.  For example, I have learned many mma core strength exercises that I had no clue about before I got involved in MMA.  There is much more to strengthening a core than crunches and planks!  I’m in the best shape of my life, and I owe it all to my friend who got me into MMA.
