An all over exercise with an all over result hopefully
There are people who advise it is best to participate in cardio exercise to see fast results in losing weight. Cycling on the other hand has the beauty of getting you fit and toning your muscles while being enjoyable at the same time. I have been to various classes to try out many different ways of getting toned up and I find that when I ride my bike, I seem to ache all over so maybe this is the best option for what I need. I have taken note of my weight and did some measuring of my body also to compare in the next few weeks if there is any truth in the toning up by cycling.
