Company Dispute over Environmental Issues on a Piece of Land
I could not believe that the company that purchased a piece of land from another local company was accusing them of nondisclosure related to the environmental issues on the land. Everyone in the city knows about the environmental issues pertaining to this particular piece of property so I find it unreasonable to think that the previous owner did not disclose it.
