ripped abs
i am using the best exerciss that i can to get a set of ripped abs. i love to use the old traditional exercises like crunches and sit ups. they are awesome for development and also for strenngth. also there are gym machines that work really good too. it is the only time that i will use machines to get a workout. they are really not good for anything else in my opinion. if they where i would do them. i do workouts for flat abs and i also do them to get the cardio that i want to get too.
