juice diet is said to be one of the most effective ways to lose weight. Here, one will only drink freshly squeezed juice from fruits and vegetables for a certain number of days without solid foods. There are several juice diet recipes which you can work on so that the digestive tract would not deteriorate in its form and function. If you are planning to do this diet for a long period of time, you might want to consider making smoothies or shakes so that the fiber, needed for intestinal motility, will still be present. There is nothing wrong with blitzing vegetable soup into chowder or thick cream form either.
