Without a question, summer is the perfect season for trying out new eye makeup tips. As you try out scintillating new looks, you can use an endless array of bright colors. Among other things, you can try to capture the passions of summer with shades of red, purple, and orange. Or, you can try for a languid tropical look with pearly aquas and minty greens.
