Managing your ipod to get an upgraded itunes software
The state of an art ipod that is to be released from apple, has attracted attention due to its features. The ipod that is to have internet connectivity making it possible to download music from itunes without a computer, and more than a terabyte of memory is said to hit the market any time soon. As we all await the new technology i personally need to reset my 40gb ipod touch so that i could download the latest version of itunes from apple. i wondered how do i reset my ipod touch since i did not want to loose the data that i had in the drive memory. So, i connected it to my computer and then transferred all the data that i had to prevent loosing them when downloading a latest version of itunes. I then connected to the internet and downloaded new itunes released from apple. Then i selected ‘ipod touch’ on itunes and went to ‘summary tab’ to check on my updates. This is how you can reset your ipod. On disconnection, the ipod will be reset and will be as good as new, due to the new version of itunes, all you will have to do is to transfer back the data to the ipod memory through a usb cable.
