You’re fired
I am a district manager for large company in Detroit Michigan. After reviewing transaction posted by all workers, I realized that there were several falsified records. Upon further research, I was able to find three separate occasions that records were entered incorrectly by the same employee. When I looked deeper, I found a lot of money missing from our bank account. Thankfully I looked at the book keeping records when I did. I immediately brought this to our human resources department; they will be taking care of the termination papers for this employee. The company is talking about pressing charges against this employee because the amount of money allegedly stolen is over $6,000.
