I rent houses and sometimes the tenants smoke.  The blinds sometimes get a nicotine film on them and must be replaced.  I have tried to clean them before but they never loose the smell and I can still see the yellow tint.  I love this company that I found has affordable blinds I can order.  I just pop the old blind out and slide the new one in.  It is that simple, no drilling and screwing needed.  I will never go back to the old way of patching up the bracket holes and re drilling the window sill.  All of that drilling was turning the frame to Swiss cheese.
